Vardenafil Hcl Trihydrate

Vardenafil shares the same therapeutic uses and safety restrictions as other PDE5 inhibitors, such as sildenafil (Viagra) and tadalafil (Cialis). Chemically, vardenafil is very similar to sildenafil, differing only slightly in the position of a nitrogen atom and the structure of one ring. 

Its duration of action is relatively short, slightly longer than sildenafil's but significantly shorter than tadalafil's.In addition to treating erectile dysfunction, vardenafil may also be effective for premature ejaculation, as it can help delay ejaculation.
